For above reasons, products purchased that are downloadable are NOT refundable. Nevertheless, in special cases, we may consider refund request, and provide full or partial refund, on our solely discretion, and if it properly send within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Refund acceptance is exclusively subject of approval by Net Software P.C. As a part of refund request process, the customer must return to Net Software, P.C., a Refund Request Form, which is available by request. The Refund Request Form provided to you must be returned to Net Software, P.C.  by fax AND regular mail, within 10 days after submitting refund request. Any additional costs for refund will be covered by the customer. Refund is possible for online orders only, which were paid with credit card or PayPal. Being accepted, the refund will be made within 60 days after receive of original Refund Request Form via postal mail. In this case we will mail to the address, specified in original order a cheque, issued for the company name, specified in the original order.
