All purchase orders must include the following information:

  • Purchase order number;
  • Complete bill-to and ship-to addresses
  • Purchasing agent's (or buyer's) signature and phone number;
  • Complete description of the product being ordered, including product name, license name and correct price (or simply attach a quote obtained on this page) along with your organization's PO).;

License terms

  • All licenses are permanent for the purchased version of the software and do not require recurring fees. Include free upgrades to future versions within 24 months (Net Control 2 Classroom and Net Control 2 Professional) or 12 months (Net Control 2 SmallClass).
  • Net Control 2 Classroom can either be licensed on a volume basis (instructor and student computers are licensed separately) or with unlimited Site licenses.
  • Net Control 2 Professional is licensed in packs for 100, 250, 500 and more computers. You can install the software on instructor and student computers in any combination, if the total number of computers covered by the license is preserved. Professional Edition requires installation of a special Connection Server component on one of computers of the network (included in the license).
  • Each Net Control 2 SmallClass license can be used on one instructor computer and on up to 20 student computers at a time. SmallClass licenses are not expandable: you can purchase multiple licenses for multiple classrooms, but bounds of each license cannot be exceeded. If you need to use the software on more than 20 computers in one classroom, please consider higher editions.
  • The specified on this page prices do not include taxes (VAT, sales tax, other applicable taxes). VAT exemption is available to organizations from the European Union if a valid VAT ID is provided on the order form.
  • Reseller discounts may be available for organizations, which purchase the software as a reseller for a third party organization. For more information, please contact us additionally.
  • The software is delivered in electronic way only. After your purchase (or after confirmation of your Purchase Order), within one business day we will deliver to the email address specified on the order form a message that contains your license, including a registration key and login credentials for the online account on our website, where you can download the software. If you are purchasing the software as a reseller, the license will bear the end customer's name but will be sent to your email address.
